Nightmares Stream – Article Automation
An article workflow for Nightmares Stream that moves from movie research through writing, quality checks, image preparation, and WordPress publishing.

The challenge
Automated publishing needs checks between research, generated content, and the final post, plus a recovery path when one of those steps fails.
What I built
- Research preparation, recent-post context, movie candidate parsing, and a candidate-found check.
- Article writing followed by parsing, a quality gate, and conditional publishing.
- Image preparation, WordPress publishing, channel announcements, and logging, with retry and draft-recovery branches.
Key implementation decisions
Validate before moving forward
Content parsing and the quality gate sit between the writer and the publishing phase.
Preserve recoverable work
The error path includes retries, a content check, draft parking, administrator alerts, and error logging.
The result
A published workflow with distinct research, writing, publishing, and error-handling phases. The screenshots demonstrate the implementation, without claiming editorial accuracy or measured publishing gains.
