Interactive example

Follow one lead through the workflow.

Choose a scenario, then walk through the decisions. This browser simulation uses fictional records and sends nothing to n8n, a CRM, Google Sheets, or Telegram.

What happens to the sample lead?

A sample inquiry arrives

A fictional website submission supplies a lead ID and the kind of help requested.

The real Meta Leads workflow schedules a sync-service request and routes failures to Telegram. The form, sample records, and duplicate-handling logic here are explanatory examples, not a replay or verification of private execution results.

The challenge

Recurring lead transfers need a regular trigger and an explicit way to flag failures instead of leaving someone to check every run manually.

What I built

  • A five-minute schedule that calls the sheet-sync service through an HTTP request.
  • A conditional problem check that routes exceptions to Telegram.

Key implementation decisions

Keep the orchestration focused

n8n handles scheduling and routing while the connected sync service performs the transfer.

Surface the exception

The Telegram branch follows an explicit problem check rather than treating every response as a success.

The result

A published workflow connecting a recurring sync request to conditional administrator alerts. The canvas shows the orchestration; no lead data or measured transfer results are published.
