Automation · Tristan Sinohin
Fewer manual steps. A more dependable workflow.
Copying records between tools, cleaning a recurring spreadsheet, or repeating the same file-processing steps can take attention away from useful work. I build automation around those repeat tasks, with validation and clear ways to handle exceptions.
Based in Pampanga, Philippines. Working with local and international clients remotely.
What the scope can include
- A map of the inputs, steps, and expected output
- Validation and connections to the agreed tools
- Useful error handling, test runs, and operating notes
A repeatable workflow with clear progress, useful error handling, and a handover you can follow.
Identify what can be repeated safely
We document the inputs, rules, expected output, and points that still need human judgment. A good starting task has a clear sequence and an outcome you can check. Automation should surface uncertain records or failures instead of silently passing them along.
Connect files, data, and systems
The scope can include spreadsheet cleanup, CSV validation, batch file processing, or API integrations between tools. Depending on the task, the result may be a script, a desktop utility, or a server workflow. Access requirements and third-party limits are reviewed before choosing an approach.
Validate before relying on the result
We test agreed sample inputs, error cases, and expected outputs before handover. Please use anonymized samples when explaining a company workflow. Private records and business results stay private; any time-saving target should be measured against your own baseline rather than assumed.
Every project starts with a conversation and a written scope. Pricing, timelines, ownership, revisions, and support are agreed in the proposal.
