An existing website or application may need a focused fix rather than a full rebuild. I review reported problems, improve agreed workflows, and update integrations where the code and required access are available.

Understand the issue first
Describe what should happen, what currently happens, and the steps that reproduce the problem. The existing technology, deployment setup, and access to the source code help determine whether I can take on the work. Share credentials only through an agreed secure channel.
Keep the scope clear
Work may involve a broken form, an application bug, an integration change, or a usability improvement. I review the affected parts before quoting and identify any dependency on third-party services. A maintenance enquiry does not automatically commit either of us to a recurring plan.
Check the affected workflows
The handover describes the change and the checks performed for the agreed scope. I am open to project-related support and bug fixes. Response commitments, support duration, revision limits, and any ongoing costs are confirmed in the proposal.
