Start with the real workflow
We map who uses the application, which tasks they perform, and what information moves between those tasks. This helps define the essential screens, records, and permissions before adding features. The first scope should solve a specific operational problem.
Build around data and access
The application may need a database, role-based access, search, imports, exports, or connections to existing systems. We choose the architecture around those requirements and your operating environment. Not every project needs the same technology or the same level of complexity.
Review, test, and hand over
We agree on the core workflows to check and review the working application against that scope. Handover includes practical notes for the agreed setup. Android and iOS app development are outside my current service focus; ongoing maintenance can be discussed separately.
